About Us

Luxury Retreats Scotland is a small independent company with a small exclusive portfolio of luxury self catering accommodation, hand picked in arguably Scotland’s best locations. 

We understand how important holidays are and the role that accommodation plays in the overall success of a holiday.  It is therefore with this in mind that we have furnished our properties to the highest standard providing luxurious self catering accommodation with scrumptious furnishing and fixtures, reflecting each of the properties own distinct charm and characteristics.

All of our properties have been professionally interior designed and have lots of extra special touches such as fluffy towels, goose down duvets, bathrobes, slippers, luxury Pecksniffs toiletries, and hair dryers.

On arrival, you will find the beds all made up with fresh linen, the tea tray on the ready, flowers on the table, Scottish mineral water in the bedrooms, and a bottle of wine chilling in the fridge.  We also supply a complimentary welcome pack containing tea, filer coffee, bread, milk and some indulgent treats for both adults and children.

Our properties are stocked with essential cleaning products such a kitchen & bathroom cleaner, dish washer tablets, washing up liquid, bin bags, washing powder, kitchen rolls and toilet rolls.  For your convenience, we also have an emergency basket containing toiletries that you may have forgotten to pack.

Children
We are extremely child friendly.  We can supply travel cots, high chairs, stair gates, and baby baths on request.  Both our properties have a toy box, board games, Playstation 2 & games, DVD’s and books to keep your little nippers entertained!

At Gleneagles, we have mountain bikes, binoculars, tennis rackets, badminton rackets and putters.  And our St Monans property has buckets and spades, fishing nets, binoculars and tennis rackets & putters.  The St Monans property also has membership at the nearby Elie Sports Club.

Feedback & Suggestions
We strive very hard to anticipate our guests requirements however if you feel that we could make improvements, then we very much welcome your comments or suggestions.  We will leave a feedback form for you should you have any comments.  Our guests comfort is paramount to us.

In both properties, we have a comments book – please feel free to write comments about anything that you have particularly enjoyed and would recommend to other guests.

Other
For the benefit of all our guests, our properties are non smoking and we do not accept pets although we can suggest good kennels nearby if required.
