The Boat House is steeped in history.  The house dates back to the mid 18th century and was sympathetically restored by Scottish Heritage in 1972.  The property is a grade B Listed cottage and a national trust building.  The property also features in ‘Little Houses of Scotland’. 

The cottage is situated right on the water front of St Monans overlooking the Firth of Forth Estuary, with views over to North Berwick, the Bass Rock and the Isle of May.   

The cottage offers luxurious self catering accommodation, sleeping up to 8 people.  The house has very recently undergone complete refurbishment, the result is a clean, contemporary seaside chic interior, with luxury furnishings that perfectly complement the original features of the property.
